DUEL (USA) + Have Blue

DUEL – heavy psychedelic stoner doom metal band from Austin, Texas, USA. Hugely influenced by the darker sounds of early 70’s Proto-metal. Features two ex Scorpion Child (Nuclear Blast) members.
Their sound is menacing and brutally old school. Total purists, their tunes cut right to the bone with heavy, deep groove and blistering tone. Tough and Loud! Hard rock as it should be!

For fans of: Judas Priest, Pentagram, Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy, Deep Purple, Uncle Acid and the Deadbeats

Laisse-Moi “Blue Spot” EP Release Party + Stephen Paul Taylor

amSTARt präsentiert Laisse-Moi “blue spot” – ep release party + SPT

Live:

Laisse-Moi has tales of Berliner nightlife, tragic glamorous heroines, women having sex with machines, and failed loves. Dancing to fight melancholy: that’s the motto of this three-women band inspired by German no wave and French 80’s pop music. The new EP; “Blue Spot” is being released by Solaris Empire (http://www.solaris-empire.de)

Stephen Paul Taylor

Armed with a keyboard, several costumes and glitter, SPT is a one-man music-machine. His shows are theatrical, fun and full of humour and energy. His phat beats make your toes tap and his melodies make your heart melt. Whether he is playing the keyboards with his feet, doing the robot dance or crooning about the “torture of love”, his shows make their way into your heart and soul. He was born to be onstage and his shows illustrate this fact beautifully.

SPT has played in numerous countries. He has been featured on Berlin Television (RBB, RTL2, Joiz.de, to name a few), and there have been a few documentaries made about him.
